Intent of the process
The intent of this process is to staff a position on an indeterminate basis. The results may be used to staff similar positions on a permanent or temporary basis.

Information you must provide
In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
ED1: A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives.
EX1: Experience in the analysis of financial reports and making recommendations to management / supervisor.
EX2: Experience in applying acts, regulations or policies.
EX3: Experience in organizing and summarizing information obtained from different sources and developing information products.
EX4: Experience using digital platforms including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel for information management purposes.
EX5: Experience in coordinating administrative services across groups, sections or disciplines.
The following will be applied / assessed at a later date (essential for the job)
C5: Effective interpersonal skills
A1: Ability to plan, organize and meet tight deadlines.
A2: Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions.
A3: Ability to communicate effectively orally.
A4: Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

AED1: Graduation with a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution or having completed courses with specialization in human resources, finance, business administration or some other specialty relevant to the position.
