Important messages

We are committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free work environment, starting with the hiring process. If you need to be accommodated during any phase of the evaluation process, please use the Contact information below to request specialized accommodation. All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.

Assessment accommodation

We encourage candidates to apply only if they are able to work in the National Capital Region (Ottawa - Gatineau).

For this process, in order to manage the volume of candidacies, our intention is to evaluate candidates by performing small extractions of RANDOMLY* selected candidates.
*The random selection of candidates will be done through the Public Service Resourcing System (PSRS) which provides this functionality.

You will need to submit your online application to confirm your interest and eligibility for consideration.
A Public Service Commission exam will be administered when you apply. Please allow time for this.

Applicants from extractions will be invited to complete two unsupervised second language evaluations if they do not already have valid results of at least BB (reading & writing).

Candidates from extractions who have a minimum of BB in the second language evaluations will be invited to complete an exam and interview using an electronic platform.
