Who can apply: To be considered for employment under one of the student employment programs, the student must be:

• Registered as a full-time post-secondary student in a recognized institution (prior to employment) and be returning to full-time studies for the next academic term (post-employment). Proof of full-time student status will be required. The proof of full-time enrollment must include the student's official name, name of the educational institution and identify clearly the full-time enrollment status. The following are recognized as proof of full-time enrollment: Proof of registration with or without registrar's seal, proof of tuition, and proof of student status. A list of registered classes is not considered a proof of full-time enrollment. If the proof of full-time status cannot be obtained immediately, students can fill out and submit the Statement of intent to return to full-time studies until proof can be obtained.
• Between 15 and 30 years old.

Assessment accommodation

Duties

Students will build upon skills supporting Windows 10 systems and providing software assistance, in addition to project work that will include: manage user accounts, support seasonal IT activities, maintain IT knowledgebase, perform inventory of local IT asset management including recycling, support various IT projects/initiatives as required.

EDUCATION:

Currently registered as a full-time student in a recognized post-secondary institution in a program leading to a degree in a field related to computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position AND returning to full-time studies for the next academic term.
