Intent of the process
This selection process is for casual employment and the intent is to create and maintain an inventory for temporary opportunities.
Casual workers are hired for specified periods that may not exceed 90 working days in one calendar year, in a department or in an agency to which the Public Service Commission (PSC) has exclusive authority to make appointments. The period of casual employment may be for one or more than one term but is not to exceed 90 working days in a department or agency in a calendar year.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
A secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (see Note).
The employer-approved alternatives to a secondary school diploma are:
• A satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or
• An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
E1. Experience in managing projects or initiatives.
E2. Experience working with various internal* or external** stakeholders **.
E3. Experience in providing advice to management.
* Internal means within your organization but outside your work unit.
**External means outside of your organization.

AE3. Experience working with community organizations OR Indigenous organizations or governments;
AE4. Experience delivering grants and contributions;
AE5. Experience in preparing and conducting financial monitoring of grant and contribution projects and agreements;
AE6. Experience delivering training or information sessions;
AE7. Experience performing grants and contributions quality assurance functions;
AE8. Experience developing and refining tools for the delivery of grants and contributions.
