Anticipatory - A pool of qualified candidates may be created and used to fill similar permanent and temporary positions with various linguistic profiles and various security clearance profiles

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)
ED1 - Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or an employer approved alternative (two years post-secondary education combined with two years' experience as noted in experience factors below).
EX1 - Experience leading and conducting analysis on complex* health and/or social policy issues including the collection and consideration of statistical data, research findings, and environmental scans.
EX2 - Experience developing a variety of written materials (e.g., briefing notes, policy analysis documents, options papers, media responses research, evaluation reports, and/or presentations).
EX3 - Experience providing policy advice and making recommendations on complex health and/or social policy issues and delivering oral briefings to senior management**.
EX4 - Experience collaborating with partners and leading working groups and/or project teams.
*Complex : Defined as the depth and breadth of issues associated with a topic – may involve multiple complicating factors or considerations, stakeholder perspectives, critical timelines, high degree of visibility and/or sensitivity and/or having a major impact on a Department or Government Agency, organization or the public.
**Senior Management : Defined as members of the executive group of an organization.
