Duties

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Field Unit Superintendent and Management Team. They will be responsible for tracking and coordinating the flow of information and documents, resolving routine administrative problems, conducting preliminarily analysis of information and other general tasks.

Work environment

This position is located in Revelstoke, BC. Telework in this position is not available.

Intent of the process

The intent of this process is to fill an 18-month term position from approximately March 2023 – October 2024. However, this process may be used to create a list of qualified candidates to staff similar positions with various tenures in same or other parts of the country.

Graduation with a diploma from a recognized college in office automation, secretarial or related field OR an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant experience.

EX4: Experience in drafting, editing, formatting, revising correspondence or reports and responding to requests for information
