EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or
experience.
EXPERIENCE
E1 - Experience supervising employees
E2 - Experience assisting Program Managers with forecasting and control of financial
resources
E3 - Experience providing project management and administrative services within a
professional setting
E4 – Experience with coordinating office or work-site facility service requirements

Operational Requirements:
Willingness to occasionally work weekends and overtime.
Willingness to attain training and maintain certifications for mandatory Health & Safety
and departmental requirements.
Be willing and able to carry/use a departmental Smartphone.
Be willing and able to occasionally travel anywhere within Canada, including overnight
stays of up to 5 days.
Conditions of employment
Reliability Status security clearance
Valid Class 5 driver's license (or equivalent).
Health Canada medical clearance.
