Duties
Verifies and applies appropriate financial coding, supplier contact information and ensuring appropriate approval signatures, enters requisitions into the financial Information system (SAP) and reconciles monthly credit card statements. Provides information and guidance to managers and employees on procurement and administrative procedures. Makes arrangements for repairs and maintenance of office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.
Intent of the process

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Depending on the position being staffed, any of the following qualifications may also be deemed as an essential qualification and only candidates and persons with a priority entitlement who possess those qualifications will be considered for that specific vacancy.
- Successful completion of a certificate or diploma in office administration or equivalent field
- Experience in providing client service (internal or external). The essential experience qualifications can be gained through full or part time employment, volunteer or charity work, social work, or similar areas
- Experience providing financial support
- Experience using an information database
- Experience maintaining a tracking or follow-up system
- Experience working in a legal environment
- Ability to organize workload and establish priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively orally
- Ability to use a computer and various software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Demonstrating integrity and respect
- Working effectively with others
- Showing initiative and being action-oriented
- Attention to detail
