The RCMP will train and hire candidates that are reflective of Canada’s diversity.

The RCMP offers an exceptional career. Our members make a real difference in local communities and on the national and international stage. No other police service in Canada can offer the kinds of jobs we have because of the RCMP's broad mandate.

Where you want to serve matters and we will consider your request when your posting decision is made. We will post you to a Division of your choice as long as there is space.
When you graduate from training, in addition to our benefits package, the base rate of pay for Regular Member Constables starts at $65,776 with the potential of $106,576 within 3 years.
