Employment tenure
The incumbent will work under a hybrid work model consisting of remote work (which must be performed in Canada) and minimal presence in the workplace. The minimum on-site presence for employees is 2 days per week (1 assigned day and 1 flexible day) and the minimum on-site presence for executives is 3 days per week (2 assigned days and 1 flexible day).

This process may be used to establish a pool of qualified candidates to staff similar or identical positions with various security requirements, language requirements, and tenures (indeterminate, term, deployment, acting, assignment, and Interchange Canada).

Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Years of experience: At the time of application, applicants must have approximately 2 years cumulative experience at the AP-02 level (or an equivalent level) at the OAG or approximately 4 years’ post-designation experience. In addition, candidates must have at least two years of external financial statement audit experience gained within the last five years.
• Experience* with all phases of external financial statement audits – scoping, planning, executing and reporting
• Experience* in assessing, analyzing, or applying accounting standards (International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS) and/or another recognized accounting framework) and assurance standards
• Experience in assessing or applying internal controls
• Experience* in managing and supervising project deliverables and assigning audit related tasks
• Experience* in writing analyses and findings and in presenting recommendations*Experience is defined as recent and significant experience that is the depth and breadth of experience associated with the performance of duties on a continuous basis over approximately 2 years within the past 5 years.
